For rentals of 3 calendar months or longer :

Payment of rent is required one month in advance, plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rental.
What’s Included
Electricity usage up to 500 kWh. Usage over this amount charged at cost. (Presently approximately 10 pence per kWh)
Pets - One small pet is welcome.
Water
What’s NOT Included
Electricity usage over 500kWh each month. Electricity meter will be read at commencement of rental and excess electricity usage charged at cost at the end of the rental. For long term rentals, excess electricity may be billed bi-monthly. (500kWh is usually plenty for the month and we make no profit on excess usage)
Broadband - available in the nearby Mercure hotel (250 metres away)
Linen (although this can be provided if required for an additional £20)

Smoking is not allowed inside the premises.
